I've got a family sim package - one for me (Dad) and 3 extra sims on my account for family members. Let's call them, Tom, **bleep** & Harry. On my invoice, all four sims show the user as me 'Dad' which makes it difficult to manage but if I go into the website profile settings for each sim and change the user name say, for Tom's number to 'Tom', it then changes all 4 users to Tom!! How do I change individual user names so that each is correctly associated with the correct number?
