Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

If you are pay monthly do you see Plans and Subscriptions on your home page?

I'm a pay as you go customer, and I want to change it to pay monthly but they said that my address is different from the address in my bank account, that's why I want to change my address

If you do not see the option in your EE account please give us a call and our customer care team can update this for you.

If you log into your EE app and select Settings, you can update the billing address 🙂
