Change address

Im trying to do that and it keeps saying this service is not working right now. For 3 days. Tried ringing cant get through to a human

Hi @Zalin1973 Thanks for getting in touch with us here at the Community.

To check the address that we have on file for you, Just log in to your EE account via a browser, then:

• Select Plans & Subscriptions from the top right of your screen.
• Select the account you want to view the address for
• Scroll down to Address.

If you'd like to update your address, you'll be able to do that on the same page.

Welcome to the community.

You can update your address within your EE app by selecting Manage > Mobile & SIMs and then scrolling down to Settings.

Hey there. I’ve been trying to find a way to change address online for about 30 minutes. It’s quite a frustrating mix of being asked to login more than once and referred out to the web, back to the app and so on. 
So  just logged in again and went to the page suggested above. I can’t see a change of address option …

Am I being dim?  It seems remarkably difficult.

Just in case you did not manage to find the update address button,  you go into Manage mobile from that page, then scroll down to the Do more section you will find an Address section with your current address in it and a Change address button below that to update your address.

Hello Alex,

I have also been looking to find a way to change my address as a Mobile Broadband customer. I have read all the examples above and none of them are helpful in making this attempt successful. The confomity for most online platforms is to place address details under the profile icon. That they are somewhere else on the EE site, somewhere impenetrable, wastes the time of people like you and me.

I hope you are able to guide me to resolve this hellish quest.
