I have a problem.
EE has suspended my service. I am abroad. I now cannot call 150 or the mobile number provided by EE. The app live chat is not working. I have messaged EE via FB, Insta and Twitter with no reply, just the generic ' you can call on 150 or the uk number etc.
How can I contact EE directly having tried all advertised methods?

This is something you need to speak with our Mobile Care team about. If you're able to use another phone, or a VoIP service (such as Skype), I recommend calling the international number on our contact us page.

Hey there @callmeffs, have you tried this over mobile data instead?
What exactly is happening when you try to connect via chat too?
