Having activated sim yesterday and number port completed earlier today I am still unable to link number (by choosing link device) to my account. It seems stuck in a loop where I keep clicking mobile sim as my device but then it does nothing and shows me that page again. Also I cannot get into my profile at all now since yesterday . Yesterday when trying to link the sim number it just kept saying error .
this is ridiculous I tried calling customer care but they don’t seem to be able to fix it either
Mon a side note my daughter also having problems with linking her number too where it tells her it’s already been linked to another account
this is crazy that EE can’t sort this quickly

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that. The Mobile Care team should be able to link it manually. Could you try logging in on a different device or browser, just to see if the same thing happens please?

Same problem on phone and PC via multiple browsers.
EE need to fix this.

What happens when you to link your number?
Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
Have 24 hours passed since it was activated?
