Your Pay Monthly account will still be linked to your EE ID, causing you to be unable to see your PAYG information.
If you speak to EE Customer Services they should be able to remove the closed Pay Monthly account from your EE ID so you can see your PAYG account.
If your account is now moved to PAYG, in the meantime you can use the Fast Payment tool to top up if required with your number here: https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/fast-payment-payg

Has EE already terminated the number? You would usually ask EE to convert it to PAYG when you give the 30 days notice.

Yes, I did exactly that. I told them I want to keep the number and pay for what I use. I am not going to any other network and want to keep my number.
I can still get text on my number but I can't top up my account using the web portal - I only see my last bill.
I phone them up yesterday from abroad using my second number and they confirmed its PAYG just before the conversation cut due to running out of credit (it was a paid conversation that took too long, unfortunately)
Can I arrange a call back from them to explain me the current situation?
Thanks,
Tudor

Managed to top up with £5 and got this email:
Thanks for topping up. |
Just to let you know that your recent top up has gone through and you can start using it straight away. |
You can also check on your usage, make payments online and make the most of your credit with My EE. |
To check your new balance, just go to My EE now. |
With this credit I will call them and ask to display my PAYG account on my EE ID portal.
Thanks Matt
