Cancel Apple TV+

I am trying to cancel Apple TV+ "free" subscription but the managing subscriptions option is not working, when i try to call they are always too busy to answer. I regret changing to EE.

If it is happening on both, it would need to be something that our customer service guides get removed from the account for you. They may be busy at times, but you aren't always waiting as long as the timescale that is given and someone would be with you as soon as they can be.
They are open from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm at the weekend to help.

Hi I have the free 6 month apple tv subscription on my mobile account and I want to cancel it. When I try to manage subscriptions it tells me there is a an error

I had the same problem in that everything i tried to do on the website or app gave an error. In the end i managed to get one of their service people to call me and they sorted it out. It took over two weeks and several calls but they did it in the end. They said that the problem was that when i changed from BT to EE my account was not set up properly.
In the end the only way i could get their attention was to post my complaints on their page on X. I just kept pasting my problem on all their posts til they contacted me. i dont think they liked the bad publicity. Good luck.
