Can’t use call protect on my app

• Like others here I have tried to get my app fixed as I can’t use call protect . It’s says there is a problem and it’s EEs fault 
• I have uninstalled app and reinstalled. Turned my phone on and off . I can access the service on web
• I have reported the fault and told it was fixed . It is not ! So like another EE customer I go round the roundabout again. 
• EE supply a fix or fix it for me please and don’t close it off until it’s fixed !
