Are you on Pay as you go rather than a contract?
If you are on Pay as you go it sounds like you may have both an automatic pack purchase and an automatic credit top up set up on your card. If that is the case please contact our team and they will be able to stop the one you don't need.
If you are on a pay monthly contract, I would still recommend reaching out to our team and they can investigate the two payments on your billing account.
