Can’t log into my app or online

I haven’t been able to log onto the app or even online since yesterday morning and need to check things with my account

Welcome to the community,

If you are still not able to log in via the app or website, I would suggest speaking to customer service and make sure that they do an account refresh, then try once again, but make sure you have the latest app, you may also need to uninstall the app, reboot your device and reinstall the app.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
