Can’t link device to account

Hi,

I moved from a personal account over to a business account keeping my number, since then I’ve not been able to log in to my account at all. It tells me that I have to link my device and then it tells me that it couldn’t find any products using my mobile number. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now.

I’ve called numerous times and they keep telling me that there’s an issue with the app and website and it’s not letting people link their device, I find this hard to believe as it’s only happened when they moved me across to business.

Can anybody help with this issue please? As I don’t seem to be getting anywhere over the phone.

I am having this same issue.

I moved my number from personal to business. Since then I;'ve been unable to link my account to get access to my bills etc. I have spoken 3 times to support and got no-where. In fact the last call was extremely unprofessional. I was told that this was a known issue. I complained that when I made the switch I was not told there would be an issue and the support chap just said ' well now you have been told' - so rude!
I have been a loyal user with EE for some 6+ years and prevoously also had account online issues. I have always found customer service to be mediocre at best and this is now pushing the final straw

I asked to raise a complaint to escate the issue. After the support chat I got a text saying a complaint had been raised, followed moments later by one saying the complaint had been closed!

Is anyone else still having these ongoing issues. I do not have the time to keep ringing up and chatting with them without any resolutions.

When you made the switch from a personal account to a business account, did we try to de-link your former account and link the new one?

If there's an issue with this our team should definitely be logging a fault, and you're welcome to request that your complaint is reopened too.

Been having the same issue for 6 months. Every month, I have to phone them up to get them to email the bill.

Going in circles with the support and same answers everytime. Went through the pain staking process of creating new email address to try and resolve it, but same issues on trying to link the account.

Latest correspondence is that it will be fixed by end of September/ first week of October. Won't hold my breath.

Exactly the same issue here. Terrible customer service...
