Hi,

I am trying to login to myee and keep getting this error on the main screen. I have tried from a few devices and the app and get the same messages.

Any ideas?

Do you get the same message logging into your EE account online and the EE app?

Yes.  Also If I click on the profile picture it just goes into a reload loop

Did you get a fix for this. I have had this error message for months now - on all devices & webpage? I've tried support but they have not fobbed me off! Annoying

Hi Katie, 

I mean which time? I called maye 8 times & spoke to 8 different people. Sent email & got ignored. The majority of them told me to reinstall the app. Which I had done several time, regardless the website still gives me same error message & I also tired from various different devices with no cache. The last time I called they said ‘it’s a bug, & working on a fix with no estimated time frame’.

I too  have had this error message for months and on all devices & webpage? I've just updated the app on iPhone which made no difference.

I simply want to look at my bill and check all is in order. This is unacceptable and should have been fixed months ago. If this is not resolved soon, I'm off.

  • This is an on going issue at EE's IT systems side, the agents via X messenger acknowledge that there is a big problem & raised a ticket for it, they are keeping my chat open for updates but it could be a while. Tired of it too. I have to go to the main website to check my account & it's not simple. A lot of bugs. This has been an issue since I was with Orange decades ago. Why are their IT systems & site developers so inept? So many updates and so few fixes.
