I can’t link my device to my profile via the website and I can’t identify the My EE app on Google play.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Do you have a new EE account?
When you log into the EE app, the main page should show a 'link product' option, do you have this?
