Seems EE are missing out on potential upgrades because it is not possible to select the Upgrade button via their app or web site what is going on here?
I have seen other posts and the usual lazy EE replies to call 150 but I’m not doing this can they fix their web site otherwise I’m off elsewhere ?

Yep I’m on 30 day rolling sim only contract and being invited to upgrade
