Bug report - incorrect allowance reset time

My EE app is showing incorrect information - it says my allowance resets on 20th November, when it actually resets on 2nd November, which is 20 days time - I guess the 20 days is being used incorrectly (and to be honest the info I want is how many days until it resets, I don't want to have to do maths to work it out).
