Another terrible experience from EE. Not sure how they are the best UK network which they claim to be.

I have an add on plan on my account which I have paid off and would like to add another item as I have an allowance on the account. I’ve paid off and they have confirmed this but they are telling me I still need to wait for my renewal date then what was the point of me paying it off early. They told me to do this pay it and I can add another item. They are not just being unhelpful but also giving incorrect Information to customers. I actually regret having 2 lines with EE now. 100% will never renew my lines with them again once it has finished. All the guides on the phone are super unhelpful when I was talking to one on the phone sounded like she was asleep and told me why I can’t wait like she was doing me a favour and I told her I’ve paid it off because EE told me to so I can order another item. She was very unprofessional. Fix up EE

@Bas89  Your account has to reflect it’s been paid off.   Does it ?      

EE don’t claim to be the best network it’s awarded to them and that’s best network as in cellular network,  and that’s nothing to do with your issue at all.  EE are not awarded best shopping experience or place to purchase from.

I think @Chris_B @makes a good point. In terms of my services just working, it’s as good as it was with BT, and in some cases better.

CS is another matter, and is reflected in Trustpilot.

@Chris_B thank you for your reply. You might want to speak to your team then and get them not to say that they are best network in the UK because they say it every time when you  call.

 

 

You might also want to speak to them why they give misleading information to customers. So I get told to clear my balance and then i can do the add to plan. I’ve purchased the product from another vendor. Have a great day @Chris_B
