Unable to track my device order (iPhone 16 white) as it just says “timed out “
unable to see my order on the EE App as well and have had a confirmation email to say it’s been ordered.
any help/advice?

If the tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Download the DPD app as well.
