Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Yes but not after an upgrade.  Worked yesterday but not today.  Offloaded and reinstalled, restarted iPhone 13.  Tried without Wi-Fi on.  Nothing works.  Website access is ok so not an account issue.  Web Support has no button for app problems.

Just tried a complete delete and re download, this worked 😀

@Aquaclod  Have you tried updating the app new version was released yesterday it’s now version 5.15.1.  The last app update also fixed this issue.

Ok, i checked this, and today The My EE app was hanging on the like green or blue depending on your eye colour or perception. was frozen. I deleted the app and the data. I'm using an Iphone 13 pro, I reinstalled the app and had to setup everything again, it now works. closed it and it's working again. 

try it and make sure to delete the data with it but remember your account details. otherwise its more your problem than EE's

Me too mine happened today 24th 05 2023. I can log in via web browser but that doesn't help when you want to do a quick check.

Could you try deleting the app and reinstalling, does the same happen?

Ive cleared caches junk files deleted re installed and still the same Im on a google pixel 6 pro if that helps.
