EE app

I wonder if anyone can help having trouble logging in to my account through ee app I don’t stay logged in it just keeps saying log in I have deleted the app and installed it again but no joy thank 

cant log into shop

I keep getting the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in" every time I go onto the shop page.  This is happening on different browsers and different devices.  Is there some way around this to actually add devices to my package?
