Is anyone else having trouble gifting data? 😔

Do you get an error message when you try and gift data? 

Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online?

Hi Leanne

I use My EE, as I always do to gift data. The error message, which has been showing since Saturday, says We will have it fixed soon. Sorry, we can’t show this device’s data right now. Please try again later, which I have been doing, several times a day since then.

Can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
