I'm getting close to my upgrade date, but I can't get in to the app to check what's available, and what ludicrous amount you'd like to charge me for it.
I'm very tempted to just sack EE off, and move to a cheaper supplier (Tesco, or giff gaff). Your coverage in my area is poor anyway.
Convince me to stay.
