I am having the same issue right now. I just joined EE today, installed the app and cannot access it at all.

I can't link my phone because it keeps telling me to try again later and I can't even check if my 20GB pack for £10 is working. It has been 5 hours since I've join and I literally cannot do anything and it's driving me insane.

Navigating through the EE site is a damn nightmare too and all of this is already ruining my first impressions of EE.

 

 

I just moved from GiffGaff as well and I'm lowkey starting to regret it.

Can you access your My EE account online through a web browser and link your new EE number? 

To check your allowance and pack details, please text BALANCE to 150.
