Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Shop.ee page not loading and just going straight to a white screen is there anything I can do?

I’m the same. I phone 12. Just green screen following latest update. E mailed ee but nothing yet.

Yes, had this issue today on App upgrade. Shocking that EE can release a broken App. Very clear they did little to no testing on this release version!!!
anyone know an ETA for a fix??

Hi Katie, After the update I go to a full screen blank green page. Have deleted and reinstalled the app and still get the same behaviour.
How did the EE developer team break the App so badly! Any ETA on a fix??

Absolutely shocking that EE releases an App version that totally crashes.

@DomPez64 But that’s just it it doesn’t effect all users ( hardly anyone) and anyone beta testing it didn’t get this issue as that would of been reported and fixed. so how do you fix any issues that no one had.
As for any ETA that will depend on how quickly the fault is found. Obviously you’ve no idea what goes on to app development and how one line of bad code can have the smallest of effects on a limited number of users.
Still doesn’t work with iOS 16.4

Since updating my app to version 5.14.0 yesterday, when I open the app it is just a blank green page. This is also the case of my husband. We have deleted the app, downloaded it again, rebooted the phone etc etc. I’m on ios16. It appears there is a problem with the app Has anyone else had this issue, or ideas of what I can do? Many thanks

Same problem with me updated the app last night and since that it’s just appearing blank green screen once I thought something is wrong with my mobile restarted it but still same problem with the ee app and same issue with my brother’s phone
