Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

@MikeB9   I’ve got it myself.   A delete and reinstall doesn’t work.    This is an iPhone 12 Pro Max

Yes. Tried everything. Spoke to EE, no help. They said no other reports !!!!!

Same problem on iPad Pro and iPhone 13

Also have the same problem on an iPhone 14. Tried sending a DM to EE on Twitter but no reply yet.  I saw a few other tweets about the same issue though.

Hopefully EE will accept there is a problem with 5.14 update and either revert to the previous version or provide a fix. The webpage still works so that may be the only way to access your EE data until an update is released.

Hi Mike, 

 

iv head the same problem as of the 27th March 2023. I’ve done everything (including resetting my iPhone 13) still have the green screen. 

I’m glad I’m not the only one now lol

Last update yesterday does not work on iPhone 13…..  shocking service since I moved over to EE…
