Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Hi,

Rather then sending the same generic message about customers to inbox you…. Why don’t you find out what’s going on and make a public announcement of any updates about what’s going on. 

there are other people in this room too. 

realistically there is nothing you can do for any customer in the inbox (apart from just go over the same questions)
