Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Yeah, understand your sentiments…..

 

there are no examples that need to be collected, it’s a green blank screen at app start up. 

not sure what examples you really require.

They are trying to build a profile of what customers are affected, it may be related to what tariff  or device they are using and many other combinations of factors.

They wont necessarily be able to identify those that are having the problem their end.

Hi I am also experiencing this issue on my iPhone

Hi Katie can I have an update please I phone 13 latest update 

I was also getting something’s gone wrong messages.  The app, did not appear to require any update.  I have since reloaded the app, which now opens only to a blank green screen.

@Freightdog   I’ve moved your post to the relevant thread about this green screen,  you comment was in thread started in 2021 so obviously has nothing todo with this issue or app version.
