Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Yes the update worked for me too, a tad slow but at least it works 👍🏽

I can confirm this update has fixed my issue

The update worked for me too. The app now seems to be fixed and all is ok.

Iphone and iPad both working with the latest update.

That’s because they released a new version 3 hours ago.. the version 5.14.1 works….

I’m having the same problem on my iPhone 14 pro just a blank green screen 

@janetherring   Open the App Store and install the new update that was pushed out yesterday.   The new version is 5.14.1

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
