Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

A lot of us on iOS devices are having the same issue with the latest EE app not opening. Customer services are aware of the issues & hopefully will sort it soon.

This problem has been since Monday after the latest app update. Apparently the powers that be are working on it.
seems to be affecting iPhone 12, 13, and 14 users (including some iPads and 12 pros)
hopefully should be sorted int he next update (whenever that is)

The only way anyone can fix this for now would be to install a saved backup that doesn’t have the new build My EE app on it. This in itself can cause other issues with various other apps like banking apps as such, especially Hsbc because that’s diabolical if you do a restore. If you do iCloud back ups you will definitely not have a previous backup without this new my EE app as that would be over written when the device was put back in charge.

Hi has anybody else had an issue where they click on there myEE app it opens but stays on a blank blue screen ? Anybody know a possible fix ? I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it happens across all my devices. Thanks in advance

Hi yes im having the exact same problem and looking through some of the forums quite a few people are so hopefully ee will notice it soon

Hi All,
The EE team have this morning delivered a patch in the Apple Store to fix the “Green Screen” issue, version 5.14.1. It has fixed it for me. Happy updating all. xx

yeah the update as also fixed the app for me also
