Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

I’m have a IPHONE 13  running on the a Dev Build of the latest IOS 16.5 and since iv updated to the latest update iv keep on getting a green screen it was working fine on Monday morning but since the latest update it hasn’t worked  I think it’s time to go back to the drawing board

The version released on Monday. When is it going to be fixed?  Just a green screen!!

5 days of having a stubborn green screen & deleted and reinstalled 3 times as well as restarting my iPhone 12. 
Doesn’t help that the guy at the EE shop in Folkestone claimed I was the first one with this issue & he had and iPhone & managed to open his EE app with no issues and he said that was the latest version. 
Maybe different for its staff than its customers but please get this sorted. 
He claimed to be baffled when I told him of many customers on iOS having issues. 

App version - 5.14.0 - Blank screen when app started.  App hasn't worked since update and still not working.  IPhone 12 IOS 16.4

@Patt1   Store staff have nothing todo with app development or the functionality of that app so no point going to a store for help. 
 

 the other issue is not every customer is affected by this or you’ll see thousands of complaints on here,    At a guess it’s probably less than 1% of customers of have an issue

@Hamster19  having a developer build of iOS, doesn’t mean that all apps are going to work as developer builds are beta versions of software so you can expect issues.      While the my EE app does have an issue for some customers and it’s nothing to with beta software you are also should remember you’ll have issues anyway with beta software.

I too have blank green screen on My EE.

iphone13 and IOS 16.3.1

Like others I have tried reinstall and re-starting phone many times to no avail.

Ipad is the same. I have tried re-booting, deleting and reinstalling app. App will not launch you just get a blank app coloured screen. Anybody else having the same issue ?
