Blank MY EE screen after app update March 27 2023

Just updated MY EE app and now have blank green screen on my iPad and iPhone 13? Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks?

Still no joy.  Any idea when this issue will be resolved? If it’s any thing like the issue i have with local mast fault then it could be months. Come on EE (BT) let’s get this sorted.

Still no joy this morning, twice deleted and reinstalled the app. You should 're release the previous version until a workable updated app is available. 

Hi. I’m afraid there is as yet no fix. I’ve had many people responding to my initial post (maybe 30 or so). Not sure how many cases out there however I guess it will need a further update.

Hi James, same issue, I can access my account on the web page but the app is not working on iPad Pro or iPhone 13. These both have different architecture so the problem may be more widespread than is being reported. I have heard that there is sone chatter on twitter but as I do not have a twitter account I can not verify this. I have worked extensively in IT systems in the past and know how difficult it is to test against all variants so I have a lot of sympathy with your department trying to fix the problem. I think that some reassurance that the problem is being investigated may reduce the chatter going on in this forum. Hope this gets resolved soon so that everyone is happy again.

Hi MikeB9,

update…. I have just now spoke to a knowledgeable EE representative.

She has told me after confirming that EE are very aware of this problem (as it’s also on their notice board)

the relevant teams are looking into this apparently.

hope this gives us all a peace of mind for now.

I don’t know if this applies to anybody else? But I updated my EE app and since their latest update I just get a green screen. I deleted the app, downloaded and reinstalled but get the same green screen? Does this apply to anyone else?
