Billing address change

How can I change my billing address and post code. I have been trying but it’s not responding

Please log in to My EE and go to Plans & Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.

You can change your billing address in your EE app, please log into the app and select Settings, right at the bottom should be a 'Change Billing Address' option, do you have this?
