Last week, I couldn't log in to EE ID, at I got Mobile Tech to fix it got a text 3 days after saying it had been fixed I try longing to fine that my EE ID as been full delete and gone so I when to my local EE store and they told make New ID and they would help link mobile account back and they hand no look doing it they spoke to thair mobile tech team over phone to get link tolad 48hr and I will be link back well it been longer 48hr and still no EE ID with my mobile account on

Just so I can be sure with this one, am I correct in thinking you now have a login set up again after this was totally reset?

If that's correct, what details can you see when trying to log in with this, and have you tried linking your mobile account?

If you had a new login set up again and things still aren't working for you, please get back in touch with our team so they can investigate this further.

I have, and they don't do anything and putthe  phone down on me still without out ID still

If our team is unable to resolve this on the call, they will be able to send it off to be reviewed further @Ali_Edward_king

Have you opened a complaint with us? If you haven't, I would suggest opening a complaint with our Guides and escalating this to a team leader if needed.

I'm concerned to hear that our team has ended the call without a resolution in place, or before discussing the next steps with you @Ali_Edward_king 

Please submit a complaint using our complaints webform, our team will review everything that's happened, and reach back out to you directly within at least 7 days.

I know you mentioned this trouble only started last week, so it sounds like our complaints team is still within their timescales. They will reach back out to you directly using the contact information you've provided.
