Billing address change

How can I change my billing address and post code. I have been trying but it’s not responding

Im trying to change my billing address .. where on the EE ONline site does this menu sit? I cannot find it 

Please visit My EE Online and follow these steps:

Menu > Account Settings > Scroll down to Account Details > Click check your address. 

The only menu options I have are Bills & Payments / Plans & Subscriptions and Home / Shop. Where is this Menu tab?

You can change your address in your My EE account online, if you Select Plans & Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.
