Billing address change

How can I change my billing address and post code. I have been trying but it’s not responding

You can update your home address by logging in to your EE account online.

Welcome to the community.

You can update your address details by logging in to your account on the EE website.

When you are logged in, select Manage followed by Plans & Subscriptions, and you'll have the option to update the address.

It sounds like you aren't in the correct area @Umair950  

You need to be logged in on the website, rather than the app, then go to Manage first of all, then choose Plans & Subscriptions. If you scroll down when that page loads, you'll see the option to change address.
