No matter which browser I use, on the phone, laptop, or app, I cannot do anything in Manage My Account. It always goes to a blank screen that says "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred". My husband's account works fine, but mine does not and I can't login to fix an issue with my child's phone line. Is there something wrong with my account? How can this be fixed so I can pay my child's bill???

Can you try deleting cookies and cache and opening a new web browser, o you get the same error message?

Im getting this too and its driving me nuts. is there a fix yet? Ive tried deleting cookies/cache as was suggested.

i have same message when i try to see my mobile plan. it seems like conflict with 2 registered mobile numbers.

I've only switched over about 2 weeks ago and it's been like this from the start. It's on both my mobile and laptop through both the app and the website. The app says it can't show my mobile bill right now but shows my broadband fine and neither app or website show my mobile plan, just that error message when I click on mobile.

@Leanne_T - Seems to be working now; I didn't clear any cookies or cache since posting.
(If I decided not to use the MyEE web portal at all, I would never known, that this error (w/c)ould happen.)
