Is anyone else having problems with ee app and website login ?

Hi, yes I am. I have been moved over from BT to EE on a new contract and cant log into either the app or website on any device. Can I still set up the new EE hub/tv box I havd been sent please?

If your broadband is active with EE, you should be able to set up your new router

What happens when you try to login? Do you get any error messages?

Just have mobiles , been trying log in to sort out bill ,guess they don't want paid. I know you can pay other ways but I only pay online.

Please try paying online using a different device or browser. I know you mentioned that you know of other payment methods, but you can see them all here on our Ways to pay your EE Mobile bill help page, in case you'd like to try another way too.

If you're still having problems, I suggest speaking with our customer support team so they can help you get access. Alternatively, if you're near an EE Store, they'll be able to help you too.
