Hi, yes I am. I have been moved over from BT to EE on a new contract and cant log into either the app or website on any device. Can I still set up the new EE hub/tv box I havd been sent please?

Welcome to the community.
If your broadband is active with EE, you should be able to set up your new router.
What happens when you try to login? Do you get any error messages?
