Very annoyed that I cannot access my data allowance with the App being down all day. It is essential for me at present. Most disappointing at length of time it’s down.

Are you able to log in via the website to your account? I am not sure why you are not able to do so via the app, as I have been able to log-in to the app with no difficulty.
Have you made sure that you have the latest version? You may need to uninstall it and re-install it.

Thanks for coming here.
Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
