Hi, the app has been down all day and I've struggle with my internet connections even though I know have enough data there? But can't check anyway

@KayceeB12 The my EE app is working for me have you tried deleting it and reinstalling it ?

It’s not been working today. It’s grindingly slow. The most recent update just doesn’t work properly.
