My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

@Strathearn73 : MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

I have the same issue, my top up was yesterday and the app and web site is showing 0 credit and 0B remaining?

So I’ve topped up £20 about 6 days ago and I’m on a pay as you go pack and my app is saying I have 0B data but when I message the 150 EE number and ask for my balance it says I have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 142.0GB (because it’s given me boosts) does anybody know what’s wrong? Device: apple iPhone 11

Yes, when I text AL to 150 I get my usage data...

EE upgraded the EE App to the new white background version. I now have 0GB and only 3GB a month showing and 0 minutes left. If I text AL to 150 I get the true balance 5.8GB and 480mins etc..
Anyone else seen this issue.. can’t call 150 ..two choices only given TopUp credit card or online..
wheres the customer service line gone this time???

The EE app will not allow me to view my data allowance and balance.
It only displays the banner and background, in yellow and black.
It's really frustrating, I've reset it and uninstalled it, cleared the cache and it still says 0 data.

I cannoy look my data usage and remaining from my EE application. It's been about 1 month now. I have already tried to reinstall that application but no change. How can I do?
