My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances.

The same exact thing happened to me about two days ago. I lost ALL my data text & minutes!
I still had about 10 days to go before my pack ran out.

I still had about 10 days left of my pack & all my remaining data just vanished along with all my free text & remaining minutes!

Hi everyone.
The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our relevant support team.
To access your allowance information please text BALANCE to 150. You can also visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi for remaining data allowance.

Hi,
No details about my package are being shown in the application. The data and calls details are not updating. I uninstalled and installed again. Still no use. Please suggest me what to do. Thank you.

In my experience it’s been like that since Tuesday 1 November. According to the website I have no credit or anything else. Ringing 150 on my phone gives me an accurate impression of the account and the app is hopeless at the moment. After 5 contacts with ee I was eventually told what was happening. Not very good customer service early on.
