My new pack started today but the app shows no data, minutes or texts. I have a text message detailing my new allowances so I know what I've got but how can I get the app working again? I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.

Hi, my data should of renewed today but ut hasn't. My bill says its all used up and that it will renew on the 4th December. Does anyone know why this has happened?

Sending BALANCE command to 150 worked for Me , on 04th November 2022. (when I seem to have no valid data on Website NOR Mobile app, for remaining Data allowance)

FYI about a glitch.
I have checked both the App & online to see how much data I had left. I found all balances were showing zero. Note that I have recently topped up.
After a bit of research I texted AL to 150. This luckily replied showing I still had all three available with credit.
On another note, my App kept shutting down. Luckily this was resolved by uninstalling then reinstalling the app.
Hopefully the balancing issues can be resolved.

Hello Peeps,
I have a PAYG sim with 100Gb Data Pack. It is registered on MyEE but I am unable to see how much Data I have used. Am I missing something ? new to the system.
Any help will be appreciated

for the last week I’ve not been able to check how much data and minutes I’ve got left it’s staying on 0 for all and I was wondering why and how it can get fixed as I need to know how much I have left

I paid for 15GB data however it stopped working. When I check on my account it says I don’t have any data left which makes no sense seeing how I paid at the beginning of November. What’s up with that ?
