h this company around a few months time at best. But such fail with in service and App development didint seen nowhere a like.
Few days ago in around 02:00 at night broadband hub disconnected taken a time to reconnect I was assuming that Hub had some Large update and needed restart to save settings. It taken up to 45 min to reconnect.
I thought F it all good now working... Yaaa not realy speed from guarantee 1.3 from 1.6 droped
Devices who was running and supporting fast speed now running on ~400-500Mbs from promised at least 1.3Gbs
Cherry on the top fail of the App, how to say app is usless as cant reach support to deal with issue why becouse app update f it up, i know my 4-Digit pin i could be waken in midnight would be able to say it. Now trying to enter it says pin nor recognized ok wife tries her same sh.
Long story short disappointed in this 2nd virgin media company i want a refund and cancel my contract ..

Unfortunately the update from EE has broken the app it seems. Hopefully they will fix this quickly.
