Every week after 9.30pm the bloody app goes down and I can’t access my controls.
my kids are left with either no data/wifi when they really need it or full access when I need it off for bedtime.
going to move providers as soon as I can.
its a joke now, years of problems

I can imagine that it's frustrating when you need to access your app but you're unable to access it.
There are a couple of tricks you can try.

@DJB7 , is it just once a week or every evening? If it is just once a week, then that is not that bad, but the app should only go offline at night, not early in the evening. Make sure you have the latest app also.

It happens weekly, random times.
its clearly EE taking the app down to do work on it, like last weekend when the whole system was unavailable for about 3 hours (that was between 3-6pm).
but it’s usually after 9pm.
the problem is I have teenagers and the whole point of using the expensive EE SIM card plans is to be able to control their data and WiFi access.
teenagers can’t control themselves, will stay up all night being destroyed by social media.
i try and turn their access off by 10pm, sometimes earlier. Or later if they are coming home from an event. If the app is down, they are locked into no access or full access.
I can’t go to bed/sleep until they are set up properly or closed down properly.
the app randomly going offline disrupts everything, and it’s happening too often.
this is not an iPhone thing or an app thing. This is EE having constant roadworks and repair projects because the app or system seems to be constantly failing or creaky or not capable of doing what it’s built to do.

same issue here since the last app update. I try to log in, use email and password, get the pin via mobile and then get 'Sorry there seems to be a problem' I have reinstalled
