I have been trying to upgrade for 2 days! On the final page the app says "something went wrong, try again" and the on the website the last page comes up says "this page can't be found". I also tried to call and speak to someone, it automatically redirected me to the online chat, this proved just as useless. It took so long for someone to respond to every message that after 40 mins they had to go as "the office was closing". So 2 days, multiple attempts on different platforms and I still have no upgrade ordered!

I have the same problem, app won't let me login, website lets me login,but with very limited use, can see my account, can't change anything, trying the upgrade root, still won't let me do anything, when I contacted EE about it, the reply was " some people do have problems, there isn't any time frame for it being fixed, just keep trying to login" that was it, then got a text saying my complaint was dealt with and the case is closed, cracking service there!
Only started doing this after I went with them for broadband, as well as 3 mobiles!
Can someone at EE actually sort this out please?
