App after update

Can't sign in on my ee app nor website after updating the app. Cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing. Phoned ee and they don't know why either

Mine isn't working either now I've updated it. Been on phone today to them but no help.

@Cath222  if you cannot sign into your online EE account, then you need to call customer services and request an account reset. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
