Hey.
I am EE user. And also having account on EE app. On EE app when i click on shop. And error appears that you are not account holder. I attached screenshot of it.
How can i sort it.

Hey there you need to go in setting and permissions and makesure you’re down as the bill payer. If not add yourself. In the MY EE website click plans and subscriptions and scroll down to settings and permissions and then click manage numbers. This should be in there thanks
