Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

It was, now the app isn't loading for me, although the website seems OK. The  app was working this morning, now just backgound colour no error code or message.

I dunno why everyone bothers persisting with the app when it is so fragile when they can use their online MyEE.

Yeah, fair point, Handiness I suppose, quickly see whats what. Also, remember this app version was an upgrade! Oh, how I hate the term "upgrade", should be a boon, seldom is

Broken again. It’s not an old Ford Cortina! It’s an app and should be at the cutting edge of technology. But it is **bleep**e. My wife and I have lost our data allowance (again) and our calls and texts allowances are not showing.

Yeah same here. Texting BALANCE to 150 still works though.

I cannot understand why it cannot be fixed. Last time it happened I spent over an hour on the phone and in the end they agreed to let me make an official complaint. I never heard from them again..
