Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Why does the phrase "not fit for purpose" spring to mind, also the website is shpwing zero on allowances, thats new. Was everything clear on this page? Click no and it just refreshes. You can still text AL to 150 that still works for the time being.

This issue has happened again. All my allowances are indicating zero. Is there another ee server issue.

Yes, mine's gone as well, on both the phone app & computer.  Texting 'Balance' to 150 still works though!

Same here but only on my PAYG SIMs.

PAYM SIM: All OK.

PAYG SIM 1: My EE app shows zero allowance but texting AL to 150 gets coherent results.

PAYG SIM 2: My EE app shows zero allowance and texting AL to 150 says I have over 100 GB left on a £20 pack that normally gets you 30 GB. Even with a full 30 GB carried over from the previous month and a full roster of boosts, you should have no more than 63 GB available before using any data.

It's been like this for a good 24 hours now.

Same here, showing correct credit, but 0 MB data, 0 minutes, & 0 texts on phone & computer apps.  Texting 'Balance' to 150, returns correct credit, 140.8 GB data, & unlimited texts & minutes.

Could you add a screenshot of the allowances showing as zero in the My EE app? 

Do you have the same if you log into your My EE account online? If so, please share a screenshot of that.

 This is what I get back after texting "AL" to 150 on the same account as immediately above:
