Allowances are showing as zero - data mins and texts

All my allowances are showing as zero accross the board normally 510 MB, 215 mins & 75 texts - is this a network error? This is on the app and the website

Oh, that's strange because I can see my own images- can you see the ones I uploaded, or just triangles?

Just triangles in your post. You see your own images immediately, you just have to wait for the moderation process to go through before other people see them.

Ha, they don't tell you that, you just assume that they are visible to everyone straight away. I find the EE apps & packages quite easy to use generally (when they are working properly!). I've also got a second SIM from a Greek telecoms company, and had problems from the start. Now it's working ok, but their packages are difficult to understand. The data, texts & minutes seem to be in several categories, and run out at different times, so you have to get various top-ups half way through to keep everything going smoothly. Plus they take tax out of your top-up, so if you pay, say, €10, you only see about €8 going into your phone account...
